I have mine off on a 2023 defender limited 6x6 due to a broken bracket I seem to have better traction and no noticeable in body role

its not going to hurt much really, youll see more body roll if you run faster corners but probably not much to worry about vs the benefits of more travel on each side easier and a smoother ride.
