No Reverse 2025 HD-10

I have no reverse in my 2025 Defender MAX HD-10. I took the shift cable off the shaft and manually shifted it and still no reverse so it's not the shift cable being stretched or warn out. Im not located near a dealer as I am in remote Alaska.

Most likely a broken reverse chain inside the transmission.
